Return and Refund Policy for The Craft And Tea Box Monthly Subscription

1. Introduction

Thank you for subscribing to The Craft And Tea Box. We value your trust and aim to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy to understand our stance on returns and refunds for our subscription boxes.

2. No Return Policy

All Sales Final: All sales are final. Once a subscription box has been shipped, items cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns before placing an order.

Exclusions: Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Items such as perishable teas and craft supplies are curated specifically for each box.

3. No Refund Policy

Attempts To Claim Multiple Offers: If evidence is found of a customer using multiple accounts in an attempt to exploit our offers, all of this will be thoroughly documented, additional fees will be charged to account for damages, subscriptions will be cancelled, and orders will be cancelled without refund. The appropriate financial institutions will be informed of the potential fraud where necessary to dispute any attempts at chargebacks.

Subscription Payments: Once a payment has been processed for a subscription box, it cannot be refunded. We cannot refund shipping payments either.

Damaged Items: If any product arrives damaged, please email photos to hello@thecraftandteabox.com within 7 days of receipt. While we cannot offer a refund, we will be happy to replace any damaged items.

Subscription Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not be billed for subsequent renewal terms. If you would like to cancel before your minimum commitment, a fee equal to $5 for every remaining unpaid month will be charged.

We reserve the right to refund and cancel any orders if a subscriber to a multi month plan attempts to take advantage of a free or discounted product offer by subscribing then requesting a cancellation shortly after. This policy protects us from users attempting to obtain free products at our expense without any intent to honor their commitment.
