Shipping Schedule:

  • The Craft and Tea Box is a monthly subscription service.
  • All subscription boxes are shipped within 14 business days of the date you place your order. However, there may be some delays of an additional few days during exceptionally busy holiday times.

Delivery Area:

  • We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Method:

  • We use reliable and trusted carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your subscription box, often with UPS and Canada Post.
  • Once your box is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery, depending on the services provided the by courier at the time.

    Delivery Timeframe:

    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your subscription box within 7-10 business days from the shipping date.
    • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

    Address Changes:

    • To ensure successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.
    • If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Address changes made after this period may not apply to the current month's shipment.

    Delivery Issues:

    • If your subscription box arrives damaged or if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide you with a satisfactory solution.

    Cancellations:

    • Unless you are on a commitment to a 6 month or 12 month subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Please make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid receiving the next month's box. Alternatively, you can send us an email at hello@thecraftandteabox.com and we will work within a week to cancel your subscription. If you are on a 6 or 12 month plan, you will need to pay additional fees to cancel to cover marketing costs and losses associated with receiving any significantly discounted products.

    Returns and Refunds:

    • We do not accept returns of subscription boxes. We do not issue refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with your box or receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team so we can make sure that doesn't happen again.
