Cancellation Policy
The items in our store are offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

6 and 12-month subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis at the end of their minimum commitments. If you don't want to auto renew a subscription you can cancel it after the minimum commitment period.

You cannot cancel or pause a subscription with a 6 or 12 month commitment term until you have made the minimum number of 6 or 12 monthly payments.

If you choose to terminate a 6 or 12-month commitment early, an additional cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps us offset our costs and maintain service continuity for our other customers. The cancellation fee is $5 for each remaining unpaid month of your commitment.

Skips
You can skip up to a maximum of three times during the commitment of a subscription term. After the commitment term is over with all payments made, you can skip as many times as you like.
